- We deliver to all-across Indonesia within 1 - 10 working days depending on location.
- For orders placed before 15:00 WIB, we will make every effort to process them on the same working day. Orders placed after 15:00 WIB will be processed on the following working day.
- There are no shipments on Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays.
- All ADLV Indonesia orders are hand-picked and packed from Jakarta, Indonesia.

- Estimated delivery times are calculated based on working days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays) from the day your order is placed. Please note that these delivery times are approximate and not guaranteed.
- When providing your shipping information during checkout, please ensure that all details are accurate. If any information is incorrect or missing, we may need to contact you, which could result in shipping delays. - The products are damaged due to your mishandling
