TERMS & CONDITIONS:

- Orders on Saturday & Sunday will be processed on Monday
- Orders on Public Holiday will be processed on working days
- For Same-Day delivery, orders before 13:00 WIB will be processed on the same day
- For Instant delivery, orders before 15:00 WIB will be processed on the same day
- For Regular & Next-Day delivery, orders before 15:30 WIB will be processed on the same day
- All Non-Same Day & Non-Instant orders will be shipped at night
- Every complaints must be accompanied with an UNBOXING VIDEO. Video should start with filming all sides of the packaging before opening it. - In the process of producing polybags, powder is added to protect the printing from poly bag. This is not a product defect, so it is unable to be the reason for return.
- The color of your product may look diffrent depending on your monitor resolution and brightness.

• We deliver to all-across Indonesia within 1 - 10 working days depending on location.
• For orders placed before 15:00 WIB, we will make every effort to process them on the same working day. Orders placed after 15:00 WIB will be processed on the following working day.
• There are no shipments on Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays.
• All ADLV Indonesia orders are hand-picked and packed from Jakarta, Indonesia.

• Estimated delivery times are calculated based on working days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays) from the day your order is placed. Please note that these delivery times are approximate and not guaranteed.
• When providing your shipping information during checkout, please ensure that all details are accurate. If any information is incorrect or missing, we may need to contact you, which could result in shipping delays. We do not accept direct exchanges. However, if your order meets our return criteria, you can initiate a return request.

We accept returns if your order meets the following criteria:

• The product that you received is different from your order, or
• You receive a defective product*

We do not accept return(s) if:

• You are returning the items just because you changed your mind (on size, color, etc.)
• The products are damaged due to your mishandling
• Your return request is not approved by our staff

*The following items are not considered defective:

• Items that are originally manufactured without tags or labels
• Items with creases that may have been made while shipping
• Items with unsatisfactory/incomplete finish due to mass production

Item(s) must be returned within 3x24 hours of receipt in their original condition and packaging, which includes being unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.
